4. SMS Messaging Privacy

Opt-In: SMS opt-in is given when you provide your mobile number during service scheduling, complete a service intake form, or complete vendor onboarding. Opt-in is documented in our customer management system.

Message types: appointment confirmations, technician en-route notifications, certificate-ready notifications, customer review requests, and operational follow-up.

Frequency: Variable based on service activity. Typically 1–5 messages per service engagement.

We do NOT sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

Service partners: With third-party service providers who support our calibration operations (e.g., subcontracted calibration laboratories for items requiring specialized equipment, accreditation auditors). Calibration records are retained for a minimum of seven years per ISO 17025 standards. Communications records are retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus three years.
