Magnetherm Calibration operates an SMS messaging program for customers of Magnetherm Inc. (DBA Magnetherm Calibration), a provider of calibration, repair, and certification services for industrial weighing, measurement, and testing equipment. The program delivers transactional and operational SMS messages to customers who have provided their mobile phone number through service scheduling, on-site service intake forms, or vendor onboarding paperwork.
3. Message Types
Through this program, you may receive SMS messages including, but not limited to:

4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. A typical service engagement results in 1 to 5 SMS messages. Customers with multiple active services may receive more messages. Frequency is recurring and based on your active service relationship with Magnetherm Calibration.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received under this program. Magnetherm Calibration does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages, but charges from your wireless carrier may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your specific plan.
6. Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number to Magnetherm Calibration during service scheduling, on-site service intake, vendor onboarding, or any other service-related interaction, you consent to receive SMS messages from Magnetherm Calibration as described in these Terms.
7. Opt-Out (STOP)
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from Magnetherm Calibration. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE — any of these will be honored.
After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and you will not receive any further SMS messages from this program. To resume receiving messages after opting out, contact us by phone at (951) 220-8780 or by email at info@magnetherm.co.
8. Help (HELP)
For help or assistance with this messaging program, reply HELP to any SMS message you receive from Magnetherm Calibration. You may also reply INFO. We will respond with our contact information and a brief description of the program.

This program is supported across all major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, Metro by T-Mobile, Google Fi, Mint Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
